I Proposed and Launched: ContactOut Anywhere

The Chrome Extension powered most DAUs but only worked on LinkedIn. User research revealed a clear need for flexibility across CRMs and company websites.


I led the end-to-end cycle, from discovery and definition to design, testing, and async developer handoff, creating a cross-platform workflow.

40% active users adopted it in week 1
